This is one of my favorite penthouses in Miami, and it's for sale right now. The asking price is $4.6 million, which, if you ask me, isn't bad for the location, the amenities and the killer master suite.
Here's what you need to know. The building was built in 2010, so as these things go it's basically brand new. It has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and all the things you expect in an ultra-luxury home: hardwood floor, wine cooler, designer appliances, the works.
