The Andrew Eliason House, c. 1856 at 4353 Summit Bridge Road in Middletown, Delaware announces our first Open House this Sunday, September 20, 2015.
Once known as "Twin Hollies," this Italianate style brick home (often inaccurately called a Peach Mansion but built before the peach boom) was built by local farmer, landowner, and State Legislator, Andrew Eliason.
Through the years, owners have honored its heritage, kept in touch with current owners, and updated it to accommodate modern lifestyles with 6 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. There is a gorgeous in-ground pool, an adjacent outbuilding that could be a pool house, a separate 2 story carriage house, and 3 car garage. A deck off the great room leads to a deck overlooking the mountain type pool. Trees include a Fraser Fir on the Big Trees of Delaware list.
