Lakeview Lot at Rocamadour in Prescott, Virtual Tour or Drone Pics?

The 4.5-acre lot is listed for $259,000.

Willow Lake and Granite Mountain from Rocamadour

This lot is a rare find. It is one of only a few private properties with an up close view of Willow Lake in Prescott, Arizona. The City of Prescott owns all the lakes and the surrounding land. The lot, located in the Granite Dells, is truly a unique trophy property. It is almost all granite outcropping with a few loose boulders here and there. Build on TOP of the Rocks! The lot has Piñon Pine and Juniper Trees as well as a few Live Oak Trees. It is within the limits of the City of Prescott and may be connected to city water and sewer, Buyer to verify. The lot is adjacent to a lot of City of Prescott OPEN SPACE.

Here is a graphic that shows the location of the lot. It is about 4.5 acres in the form of two connected triangles.

Rocamadour Lot vs City of Prescott Open Space

In this graphic, the City of Prescott owns the area with the green tint. The subject lot is shaded yellow and the orange parcels are privately owned. State Route 89 runs near the right edge of the graphic.

Here is the virtual tour for the lot. This one will be a pocket listing for a few more days.

We got some pictures from a drone. See the drone panoramas here.  The possible building site is in the area where there are stacks of brush and around the trees behind them to the west. We believe the triangle on the east to be unbuildable but it can provide a path to get to the top where we believe the best building site to be.

Please let me know what you think.

Do the drone pictures contribute to the marketing efforts for this property?

Drone photography is especially effective for properties with acreage and other features that are hard to appreciate with pictures from the ground level only.
