14486 Chaude Court in Thornton, Colo. just closed yesterday. This was a long haul to get it closed, it was under contract 3 times, but this time it closed. The seller are so happy, the house just got to be to much and big for them.
They wanted their price and we were close to getting it. Now they can move on, they will be renting for 6 months and wantto start looking in April. That is ok, I can sell them something atthat point.
Way to go! I bet that commission check felt good to get! GO PACK GO!!!!
