What does a view cost?

What would you sacrifice for this ocean view?

This is a photo I took from the back lanai of a million dollar fixer upper.  If you are familiar with Maui home prices you may be thinking this is a screaming good deal for this view.

I will say these views come at a cost. That cost is some structural repairs needed and a long drive up a very sparsely populated part of the Mountain.

But if you love horses, can take on a big project and dont mind driving 30 mins for gas then this may be perfect for you! It is perfect for someone wanting a small estate/ranch type of property with breathtaking views and far from the hustle and bustle!
