Swedish Meatballs

This is a recipe I got from a cousin of mine and it is really good.

1 Lb. Ground Beef

1/4 Cup bread crumbs

1/4 Cup chopped onion

1 Egg-slightly beaten

2 Tbsp. Parsley

1 Can Cream of Celery soup

1 Can mushrooms

1/2 Cup water

Cooked rice.

Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, and parsley. Shape into little balls. Brown meatballs & pour off the fat. Stir in celery soup, water, and mushrooms. (I like to mix these first before pouring over meatballs). Cover and cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve over rice.

Enjoy!
