Studio City Homes Sold on Second Quarter vs First Quarter of 2015

STUDIO CITY CA REAL ESTATE HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR 2ND QUARTER vs 1ST OF 2015

 In the Second Quarter (04/01/2015 to 06/30/2015) 97 vs 55 homes were sold. The Minimum Listing Price $699,000 vs $600,000 and Selling Price was $720,000 vs $595,000 with 2 vs 2 bedroom, 1 vs 1 baths, 1302 vs 1260 square feet house, and 5599 vs 9701 sq ft lot. Days on market 32

 Maximum Listing Price$3,498,000 vs  $2,350,000 and Selling Price $3,330,000 vs $2,29,000 with 6 vs 5 bedrooms, 7 vs 6 baths, 5855 vs 4120 sq ft home, 55,320 vs  25,126 sq ft lot, and 302 vs 222 days on market.

 Average Listing Price $1,415,214 vs $1,248,501 and Selling Price $1,414,866 vs $1,231,559 with 3 vs 3 bedrooms, 2.65 vs  3.15 baths, 2530 vs 2236 sq ft home, 9538 vs 6391 sq ft lot and days o the market 53 vs 67.

 3 vs 3 sales were in the price range of 500K to 600K; 3 vs 6 sales on the 600K to 700K range, and 14 vs 5  on the 700K to 800K. On the second quarter 13 homes were sold in the price reange of 1 million to 1 million one hundred thousand.

2 vs 0 probate sale, 1 vs 1 on short sale and 1 vs 1 with notice of defaults aka nod. On the Second Quarter 93 vs 54 were standard sales.

The number of sales on the second quarter went up 43.5% compares to the first one.

 MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATE

 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it's at 4% there is a 5% down payment for purchases with no  Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 3.875% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down payment

 There is a 100% loan available for low and medium income families with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.  VA Loans are for Veterans, it is a 100% loan, with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.

Hi Dama, thank you for asking.  I am comparing 2nd quarter versus 1st quarter of 2015.  97 homes were sold on the 2Q VS 55 ON 1Q.
