Earlier this year I sold this house to a new investor. Her intent was to renovate and resell this lovely little house, and she did!!
With the help of a local licensed contractor they put this 3 bedroom home back to useful purpose, renovated it with lots of little extras and designer touches.
Today, a new home owner got the keys and will start her new life here.
Now, my investor is looking for another project, another 3 bedroom home that needs renovating. She'd like it to be in a stable or improving neighborhood in Baltimore City or Baltimore County, the purchase price should be under $50,000.
