I would suggest that they complete their profile information so other members can get familiar with them and maybe find something in common to talk about.

It seems that there is a fear of public blogging, like a fear of public speaking. Maybe bonus points could be used to encourage new members to post a first blog article.

Roy I thank you for following me. I haven't been on AR for quite some time and had only posted a few blogs. Bloggers do need encouragement. So often, we want our writing to be perfect before putting it out there. A few days ago, my daughter started her own blog and I felt so inspired to see her writing. It was also joyful to read what she had to say. We had just attended a real estate conference and she posted her thoughts about the general session speakers. It thrilled me to see that she had gotten so much out of it. Everyone loves encouragement. Thank you for encouraging me to get back into the swing of blogging. I've learned a lot from this community over the years. It's a great place to give back.
