Great list of "don'ts" when it comes to selling a property.

Do it all..do it more...eave out less...sell it fast.

Absolutely Larry and Sheila.  I think we've all seen buyers drive p to a house, look at the outside and decide right there to drive on.  All because of the lack of attention to the curb appeal.

Good morning Larry and Sheila, this is a great list for sellers as whithout curb appeal, it is really difficult for a buyer to even want to see the inside of the home.

Great post, Sheila and Larry... I'm always telling my clients that buyers are making up their minds about the home in the 30-45 seconds it takes to walk up to the front door. If they don't like what they see, they'll go into the house lookng for excuses to validate that first negative impression. But then there are those, who just refuse to go in if the outside isn't right.

Larry & Sheila, great post, and remember this summer one home with kid's toys strewn all over the front lawn.  Not the curb appeal I would want as a listing agent! 

There have been many homes that I have pulled up to and the buyer said no. It saves times but I think if only they had made the outside more appealing they could have gotten the buyer in the front door.

Larry and Sheila, these are excellent tips and something every seller should read! I've pulled up to a house before and had my buyers say keep moving. Every detail counts!
