Have any of you had many experiences with the Seniors out there down sizing? I have recently had a few couples that have been challenging. As we get older, we don't like change, even if it's our idea and we're moving to a new home, but it's smaller!
As I prepare their home for sale through Home Staging, the Seniors are finding their new de-cluttered surroundings hard to accept. I have signed up for a special training program to learn just what to expect and what to do when having these clients.
