You may be a brand new real estate investor.  Fresh from completing your last boardgame of monopoly and you feel ready for the real world of investing.  Take a Breath - Don't be stressed to do your first real estate deal!  You may believe the pressure is on!  People are watching you!  People are judging you!  You may even believe you have something to prove! Think of your effort on this journey in real estate investing as a marathon rather than a 100 yard dash race.  Take each day and pace yourself.  Don't go to fast!  You may burn-out or cramp up and be out of the race.   You do not want to go all out as soon as you start.  Its all about pacing yourself each day to get results!  An important thing to remeber is that some of the best real estate deals you might do, are the real estate deals you decide not to do!  Learn to crawl before you walk and walk before you run! Joe,

 

I know many investors are “taught” that they don’t need to work with brokers but many an investor would have had a better outcome had they consulted with a broker. Especially on their first deal.
