Hiring multiple agents may result in each giving maybe 10% effort which will hurt your sale.

 

A GOOD Listing Agent will have a marketing and advertising plan geared to your home and reach out to the most potential buyers and their agents, All buyer agents will have access to the information on your listing. They then coordinate through that GOOD listing agent to get questions answered, set up showings and submit offers to. Your EXPERIENCED agent will then assist you in negotiations that are In your best effort.

I once had a buyer tell me that he was going to buy property from the agent that found him the property he was looking for. His parameters were all over the place and I think he used the phrase...I'll know it when I see it.

How many of us local agents do you think were working really hard to find this guy his property? I'm sure there weren't many, and I wasn't one of them.
