HI Michael Oden rest is what I did today....rest and reflect and watching football.... Patriots won.... hope your day was a restful one....but with some productivity, too.... I DID spend an hour preparing for tomorrow!!!

Hey Barbara,

My Sunday was restful.  I could use anotther!  Lol!  Glad the Pats won.  I like Brady.  My wife attended UofM.

I used to equate resting with being lazy, Michael. It has taken me a lifetime to learn that rest actually increases my productivity and sharpens my performance. Nowadays, my favorite word is NAP!

It's funny you mention that Gwen.  I felt the same way and in many ways still do.  Rest is not being lazy.  Rest is being smart. You don't want to wear yourself down and become less productive.

Thanks Gwen!

 Hi, Michael.  I agree!

My Sundays are for church/bible study, a long lunch in a restaurant, then a nap or relaxing on the couch.  On rare occasions (out of state Buyer comes in for the weekend) I will work on a Sunday afternoon.

I agree.  Church, some food and a nice nap!  That always does the body and mind good!  Thanks Fred!
