Located in the Phoenix Central Art's District, on 1st Avenue just north of McDowell Rd, the artHAUS Lofts are currently under construction with delivery scheduled for May 2016. The Phoenix Energy Efficient New Condo project was designed to use recycled and rapidly renewable construction materials, and favor was given to those that could be sourced as near to the site as possible.


The lighting choices also focused on resource efficiency, with the use of LED lighting for reduced energy consumption. The inclusion of Solar Photovoltaic panels at this new condo project will power and shade the development's common spaces, adding significantly to the energy efficiency.
