Summer business has been extraordinary, and with the addition of necessary play time, the Real Estate Steamboat Blog took a hit. After a brief sabbatical, I'm back! Our leaf peeping tour through North Routt County including Clark, Hahn's Peak, Columbine, Colorado and parts beyond was well worth the road trip!
Here's what I missed sharing with you: The first 12 days of August were blank....I believe the Steamboat Pilot real estate reporter was on vacation! Starting August 12, 2015, Steamboat Springs real estate sales reported from August 12-25,2015. There were 54 closed transactions with a dollar volume of $23,981,121. There were 19 single family sales, 20 condo/townhome transactions, 11 lot/land sales, and 4 commercial closed sales.
August 26-September 3, 2015 reports were of 41 closed Steamboat Springs real estate sales with a $23,056,800 dollar volume. 17 sales were single family, 18 were condo/townhome, 3 were lot/land, and 3 were commercial/industrial closed real estate sales in the Steamboat Springs area. September 3-9, 2015 showed a dollar volume of $11,771,700 in closed Steamboat Springs real estate sales on 13 transactions. 7 were single family sales, 3 were condo/townhomes, 3 were lot/land, and there were no commercial/industrial closed sales.
September 9-15 shows 21 Steamboat Springs real estate sales reported by the Steamboat Pilot for a dollar volume of $11,600,172. Those sales were 6 single family homes, 10 condo/townhomes, 2 lot/land, and 3 commercial/industrial sales.
And this week's report from the Steamboat Pilot, 36 Steamboat Springs area real estate sales with a dollar volume of $18,149,900. 10 of those sales were single family, 19 were condo/townhomes, 5 were lot/land, and 2 were commercial/industrial.
