We ALL need to know more about Home Owner Associations (HOAs) and how they misbehave.
As REALTORS®, we have a responsibility to educate ourselves so we can educate our Clients on this very important aspect of buying and selling.
I believe the abuse by HOAs is a problem that permeates our entire industry.
I know of no one else other than Jill Schweitzer who has such deep passion and thorough background on this issue.

Jill and I have discussed the "unholy alliance" between the HOAs, the HOA boards and HOA Management Companies and their LAWYERS.
After all, most Lawyers that do work with HOAs work ONLY with the HOA side in any conflict.
Did you know that HOAs are unregulated bodies. We need to hold the HOAs accountable.
