  I think Conrad may have something here....and you certainly have the material for a library that lots of people would use...decortors...consumers...mmm.....I thnk I see a new path of prosperity in your future !

Excellent epic..I like the idea of a sneak pink..this is awesome information for the consumer and one many will save to re-read and follow. I personally fee you will get a great response..wood floors are a huge investment and your post is worth the read for anyone considering installation.

Pretty darn good Debbie.  You get a lot of juice just talking about an article that is too long for most to read.  More than most will get with an article I suspect.  Very impressive.  Says a whole lot about how people respect you.  Kudos.  Mark

Congratulations on finishing the epic post. I will scan it. I'm pressed for time these days with listing a few new properties and other real estate business. 

At least you have your focus right. We need to be blogging for the consumer and not the AR members. Although sometimes writing for the members we know will comment and read us is fun, too. A 3,000 post ought to get you some great google juice.
