Being an avid tennis player. I can’t help but notice the similarities between the two. In both you have to work hard to get to the final result. The changes throughout the real estate year are very similar to the changes throughout a tennis match. There’s highs and lows with both. There are times when I feel like I’m in a zone with real estate. No matter what I list , it sells in a couple of weeks. Same with tennis. Sometimes no matter what I hit back to my opponent, it goes in. The toughest part is when things slow down in real estate you need to be prepared and keep working hard. Same goes with tennis.
Moral of this story. Hard work, practice and dedication in the end will get you the best results in the real estate field and on the tennis court.
