Was that Kenny Rogers song really about Real Estate?

Real Estate Agent with EXP Realty 414-525-0563 57026-90 Broker

"You gotta know when to hold 'em...Kenny Rogers

               'Know when to Fold 'em....

              Know when to Walk Away.....

              Know when to RUN !

If you are a listing agent and at your initial interview, you sense that the Seller has a price in mind, no thought of repairs, cleaning or updating....and the house is nowhere near..."Showing Ready"....Walk away may be just what you do.

cards   If you are a Showing agent and a Buyer approaches you with a lengthy wish list of of necessary features in their new house....tells you he/she has already seen 152 houses with that agent who "didn't understand him/her...It's time to run.

If you are the staging professional that "learns" from the Seller that after all...the more furniture in a room, the more Buyers will know the room can hold...Holding them is not the answer.    poker chips

If you are the Lender who who learns just before closimg anout the house full of furniture charged  By your client after being warned not to make large purchases until after closing...Count the money left at the table...and declare the "dealing done."

dice Sellers and Buyers in southeastern Wisconsin, need not gamble with investments...Call the Hansons for all things real estate ...the odds are more than in your favor...A practie supported by education and successful experience helps you to win a more profitable transaction.

That is perfect!  "The Gambler" should be the real estate theme song!  LOL
