Delta is the largest town in Delta County with just less than 8,000 people. There is more foreclosure activity in this area of the county because the population concentration is the highest. This foreclosure real estate market report will cover all the bank owned homes listed in the the multiple listing service in the 81416 zip code at the time of this report. This includes homes both and out of the city limits.

• Three listings are priced under $100,000. Two of them are manufactured homes and an excellent value for the location and condition.

• The median listed price is $130,000.
