Founded in 2003 by Jonathan Washburn, BRIO Realty has offices in 3 states (Washington State, Virginia , Maryland) and Washington DC. We will soon open in Florida. With our corporate office located in Bellevue, WA. Our Maryland office is in Owings Mills but, we have agents that cover the entire State. We find that most of our agents prefer to work from their home offices and are members of the various Boards of Realtors while some belong to The Real Estate Brokers of Baltimore. Our Maryland agents will soon be able to work in Pennsylvania so that we can serve the States on North and South borders of Maryland.
