A new season is in the air and the Valley has big plans for a great fall fun!

The change of seasons brings pumpkin patches, corn mazes, haunted houses, and costume parties to entertain even the smallest family member!

 

Local Pumpkin Patches

Since 1970, MacDonald’s Ranch has provided a family friendly environment for everyone to enjoy. With cookouts, hayrides, and horses it creates a genuine western experience. When fall comes around, the ranch pulls out all the stops for their pumpkin patch. Train rides, hayrides, pony rides, a petting zoo, fun western games, a variety of yummy barbecue from Blazin Barbecue and NEW this year, pedal carts for the kids! Plus, everyone will love the maze made out of more than a semi-load of hay. With all the fun, don’t forget to pick out your perfect pumpkin!

 

Mother Nature's Farm

6. Mother Nature’s Farm, Gilbert

The pumpkin patch at this farm will be open daily in October. Admission is $10 for children and $3 for accompanying adults, which includes your pumpkin selection along with a whole bunch of activities. The farm is located at 1663 East Baseline Road in Gilbert.

Open from October 1 to November 8, Tolmachoff Farms will have their pumpkin patch ready for picking daily. Admission is $9 per person and includes some fun family activities. The farm is located                                                                    at 5726 N 75th Ave in Glendale.

Rob Zombie's Great American Nightmare Haunted House

Dates: Sept. 25 – Nov. 1, 2015
Times: 7 p.m.
Admission: $30

Love haunted houses?  This one will be sure to freighten you by featuring three attractions based on Rob Zombie’s own horror flicks: The Lords of Salem in Total Black Out, Captain Spaulding’s Clown School In 3D, and The Devil’s Rejects.  A three-dimensional experience with animatronics and effect will sure to send you running. 

Salt River Fields Balloon Spooktacular

Dates: Oct. 23 – 24, 2015

Times: 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Admission: $10 adults, $5 kids (Free for children two and under)

Who doesn't love good, old-fashioned Halloween fun in a safe environment?  This event will feature over 20 hot air balloons and the kids will be in candy heaven with more than 2,000 pounds of goodies that will be passed out to trick-or-treaters. Live music, vendors of delicious food and beverages, a Kids Zone, a market, tethered balloon rides, a haunted house, fireworks and more will keep your whole family entertained for the night!

Howl-o-Ween

Come out to the city's scariest and wildest night of the year… Howl-o-Ween! There are plenty of haunted trails, magic shows, trick-or-treating, a DJ dance party and animal encounters. Tricks and treats are waiting for even the bravest of souls!

This is the night to treat yourself with the hottest Halloween party. Hang out with emcee Lady La from LIVE 101.5 and enjoy the electronic sounds of Manufactured Superstars. Get in the spirit for an evening of wicked entertainment and don’t forget a creative and colorful costume for the contest!

Don your most sultry, gruesome or creative costumes, put on your dancing shoes, and bring your friends to the 7th annual Haunted Hotel Ball. Experience three epic parties with over 20 of Arizona’s top nightclub and radio DJs over two thrilling days at the Saguaro hotel.
