Here's to 4th Quarter 2015

It's been a very busy summer along with us buying a "new" house. I havent really officially worked (cultivating new leads for 2+ months now) but I'm finally trying to look up and over the horizon for what's to come in the 4th Quarter.

Well, tomorrow is the 4th Quarter and as someone who loves to exercise and with a Never-Give-Up attitude, I play the 4th Quarter until the very end. Something I learned from Ms. Barbara Todaro over the years.

4th Quarter has been a time for planning and reflecting. Looking at what's gone right and not-so-right for 2015. My life-partner and business-partner aka my husband and I are definitely going to do 2 major projects for our company in 2016 (at least 1 new hire and looking into Property Management). As well as going back to what we've done so well: following up and following through.

Here's the 4th Quarter tomorrow. Stay strong. Stay focused. Love you.
