We live at Waterways of Naples on Big Corkscew Island on the far west  side of the Everglades.  Chris is a MORTGAGE BROKER & REALTOR. His EXPERIENCES and SKILLS are many, and he is a hard worker, and is a top notch person to assist you with your Real Estate Needs. Deane is a retired Professional Pharmacist, and currently practices home decorating and landscaping.

Deane assist Chris and is his equally hard working wife. They have five children, nine grand children. Chris was born a "WEST (by God) VIRGINIAN" and Deane is "NORTH (Tar heel born and bred) CAROLINIAN". Southwest Florida  is not a  huge area  but does have  plenty of home services. Florida is a state that licenses almost every consummer service.  And the requirements  for licensure  are very difficult  compared to other states. Deane has taken  the Pharmacist exam  in many states and Florida was  by far the most difficult. Chris has  taken the Real Estate exam  in many states  and Florida was  by far the most difficult. Despite this you must be cautious when selecting a service provider. Chris will provide you some opinion and information to help you.
