Real estate sales in Monroe CT for August 2015 went down 10% as compared to August 2014 closed sales.


Average list and sales prices both INCREASED 15% and 18% respectively with the median going UP 15% as well. 

 

Market absorption came in at 7.83 months meaning it would take 7.83 months to sell off the present inventory of 141 homes pushing Monroe back into a buyers market statistically.
