About Eastvale CA:

This is a commuter town in the western part of Riverside County that borders San Diego county to the south, Orange County and Los Angeles counties to the west, San Bernardino county to the north. Eastvale CA currently has a population of 60,633. It incorporated in October 1st, 2010. This town is known mostly for its affordable housing, spacious homes, acclaimed Corona/Norco school district, parks, community family organizations, and central location to all surrounding counties. Eastvale continues to grow by bringing new businesses to the area such as soon to open, Panera Bread. On September 2nd, Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza had its grand opening. This 2600 sqft establishment is bound to be Eastvale CA's newest gathering place for folks who love pizza.

There are many other reasons why buyers look to move toward our beautiful city. One of the reasons is our EGG ( Eastvale Garden Group).

Sold listings for the month of September:

From the closed sales data above, one can see that it took only about 2 months to sell a property during the month of September. Average sold square footage was $175. The most expensive property sold during the month of September was for the property located at 8549 Kendra Ln, Eastvale 92880. This was one of the 32 most searched for homes located in Eastvale CA.

As you can see most of the lots are close to half an acre. Half of the homes on this street have a view of the Santa Ana river. These homes were built by Lennar during 2006-2007. No expense was spared on these luxury homes.

Expired listings for the month of September:

The desirability for housing is still high in Eastvale CA. Why then, did we have 24 expired listings? One reason is that the average expired asking price was much higher than the average sold price. This is a strong indication that the homes were overpriced. Another reason is that buyers are looking to purchase ready to move into homes, or turnkey homes that have upgrades.
