Literally nestled on Spokane WA glorious Tree lined South Hill - on the corner of 25th and Monroe, just West of Wilson Elementary, lies a modest shop called "THE SCOOP " which, at first glance is not, well- too glamerous looking.
But should you make your way inside, your have indeed found what may well be the best Salted Carmel Ice cream this side of the Mississippi! Holy Freakin' calories Batman! This may be worth a visit to Spokane in and of itself.
Just a couple of blocks West of the Scoop is the fantastic High Drive Trail's, a nostalgic place to watch the sunset.
The vintage homes in this area make a drive about the sidewalked neighborhood as enjoyable as a Sunday nap.
Of all the goodies I have day dreamed about - I would have to put the Scoop's Salted Carmel Ice Cream at the top. Not to mention their Leige waffles....
