A Question Many Folks Ask is “When is the Right Time to Buy a Home”?

Now is the time to take advantage of the very low mortgage interest rates that may not be available in the future.

My answer is when you qualify, find what you are looking for and are happy with and the price is right.....so that could be any time!

Everyones situation is different so the answer to one person could be now and to another could be 6 months from now.

I've bought houses in May, October, and even on Christmas Eve.  There really isn't a right or wrong time to buy a home.  However, the mortgage interest rates are so low currently, that it makes this time very attractive.

I get that a lot, sometimes I say "you wouldn't be here with me if it wasn't!" Other times I ask " Do you need or want to move", if yes then I say "it's an excellent time to buy!"

Anyone thinking of buying a home in your area should call you.

Hi Bob.  Don't tell anyone, since it's such a closely guarded secret.  But the best time to buy a home is 2:35 P.M.  

Bob, if buyers are thinking of buying, they should contact you to purchase!   You having the ABR designation has definite benefits to the buyer!
