58 % of FSBO's turn to realtors to sell their homes? Because they lack the expertise in marketing homes like a professional realtor. Are you a FSBO? Are you wasting time on task that can be delegated to a professional service?
2. Working harder not smarter.
Sometime we think we can do it better, faster and cheaper ourselves but something got to give and its most likely your business of prospecting, services clients and closing deals.
3. Not putting value on our time.
If you average out how much you earn per hour and it exceeds minimum wage then why would you do a minimum wage task then working on what your worth. It all comes down to the more time you spend on task that can be handles at a minimal cost, more effectively and professionally then you can do it why would you continue.
I'm finally took this advice and it has been worth as I am already seeing an increase in revenue! Thats why I'm sharing it with you.
