Tastefully furnished, well appointed condo in secure building with elevator access and covered parking. Just three short blocks away from Clear Creek and the shopping, dining and festivities of downtown Golden, Colorado. Stainless steel appliances and private washer/dryer in the condo. All new furnishings in 2015.
The building is very secure with video surveillance, access to the building after hours by key only and access to the floor of the condo by key only.
Walk to the Coors Brewery, Mountain Toad microbrewery, Colorado School of Mines and favorite restaurants such as Grappa, Indulge, Woody's, Golden Grill and The Buffalo Rose (which features live music on weekends) The El Dorado Mexican restaurant is next door. Tubing, kayaking, white water rafting and fly fishing on Clear Creek is steps away, as well as numerous mountain biking and hiking trails.
Our condo is close to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and easy access to the Pepsi Center, Coors Field, Sports Authority Field at Mile High and downtown Denver via the RTD light rail system. We are a short drive to the Fossil Trace golf course and Central City casinos as well as skiing and winter resorts in the high country. Multiple parks, museums, paved bike trails and the Golden Rec Center with an indoor pool and fitness center are within walking distance as well.
We chose this property because of its desirable location to so many of Colorado's indoor and outdoor amenities.
