Pamela Madore of the Pamela Madore Group at Keller Williams Realty Has Just Graduated From BOLD
BOLD is a 7 week class that is a part of MAPS Coaching at Keller Williams Realty. The class is open to the public and is offered once or twice a year.
Keller Williams Realty has been named the number one training company across all industries by Training Magazine. KW has training available for new agents from day 1 until they are able to work on their own. There is also ongoing training daily at the local Keller Williams Realty as well as regional and national and international training.
BOLD is considered to be the number training class Keller Williams offers. It teaching how to create good work related habits and change any negative mindsets. There is contact accountability and real live calls to clients.
According to Dianna Kokoszka, the creator of BOLD at Keller Williams Realty quoted in the Training Magazine as saying;
“We know BOLD participants outperform agents who have not taken BOLD by 169 percent. Moreover, the financial impact compounds as 70 percent of agents take the course repeatedly to master the techniques and boost their productivity.”
"This is the third time I have graduated from BOLD," says Madore, "and I am way behind many other Keller Williams agents that has taken it 10 or more times. That is how valuable the training is. We had about 25 graduates this time."
