Northfield has had a tough year because of the Willow Road renovation, but that's finally over. Northfield did actually post a single-family home price increase in 2015 over 2014 which has not been common in other villages. Condo prices were down from 2014.
The average sold price for a Northfield home in the 3rd quarter 2014 was $776,000 so we're seeing an 8.5% price increase in the value of homes. Prices had been trending down steadily in Northfield due, I think, to the massive reconstruction project that tied Northfield up in knots.
