Another key metric for Sellers considering who to hire to sell their home is what they can expect the sales price to be for their property. Our pricing strategy has been fine tuned to the point that 100% of our listings since June 2011, both Traditional and Short Sale, have SOLD, averaging 19 days between Active and Contract for Traditional Sales, and 32 Days between Active and Contract for Short Sales. As you can see, this is significantly shorter than the market average! In addition, the average Sales Price is almost 2% above List Price!
