At the present time, there are 153 homes on 1 or more acres on the market in the Fort Collins area, priced from a low of $89,995 to a high of $5,200,000, providing a great selection of prices, locations, sizes, styles and features - finding the right fit for most needs and budgets should be possible. 66 of these homes, around 43%, are identified as horse property, and many of those will include features such as barns, pastures and paddocks. Great mountain views are also a distinct possibility.

These 258 acreage properties sold for an average of 97.4% of list price.
