Market performance has been good - average days to get an offer for the homes that sold was 59 days, with an average days on the market of 93. These 415 homes sold for an average of 99.7% of list price.

It breaks my heart to see the lack of affordable homes in markets across the board, Dick. It's dying option around here. So few - and many can't finance because of their "flaws." :) You know, the hole in the roof, or the decayed overall state of the structure.

GREAT segment of the market to talk about. 

Right now I'm dealing with this affordable end of the market with some buyers. But we are looking in the 110K range. This is the only area of the market where we see multiple offers. We just don't have financeable properties come on the market in this price range.
