the first & the last

Foyers ~ they are the first to be seen and the last to be seen.  That, obviously, makes them an integral part of the positive statement the property wants to have to the prospective buyer. 

That thought really struck me when it was made from one of the design shows I catch from time to time.  Although in my past jobs I have always paid attention to every part of the house, since hearing that, I have decided to really make sure that the foyer statement is as dead on as posible.

I was very happy with the latest house that I staged, as I kept that point in mind when I did it.  :)
