Carolina Balloon Fest is a fun-filled weekend of outstanding entertainment, attractions and family activities.
Bring cameras, lawn chairs and blankets to bask in the beautiful Carolina autumn weather as the backdrop to all the sights & sounds of over 50 colorful hot air balloons.

~ NEW IN 2015 ~ On Site Advantage Festival Parking is currently offered to Advance Daily Ticket holders while space is available. This is a grass field next to our festival venue! Directions provided on print-at-home tickets.
~ PLAN TO PURCHASE ADVANCE DAILY TICKETS & PARK by 1:00 PM ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY. We cannot guarantee entry to festival for guests who attempt to park later than 1:30 PM due to limited access to festival & guest capacity at festival field. On Site Advantage Festival Parking is reserved for Advance Ticket holders ONLY while space is available. Carolina BalloonFest TICKETS are NON-REFUNDABLE.
~ Guests who opt to purchase Day of Event (cash) Tickets are advised to PARK & RIDE with FREE shuttle to festival between 11 AM - 4 PM. On Site Advantage Parking is reserved for Advance Ticket holders. PARK & RIDE DIRECTIONS >
~ BRING CASH. Most vendors and beer tickets are cash purchases only. Limited ATM locations; wait times for guest access to cash may occur.
~ HOT AIR BALLOON FLIGHTS / ACTIVITIES ARE WEATHER DEPENDENT. All ballooning activities including static display, tethered rides and balloon flights are weather dependent. The decision to inflate hot air balloons is made just prior to a scheduled ballooning activity. (Winds & weather may seem calm for ground dwellers while unsafe for air travelers.) ~ HOT AIR BALLOONS LAUNCH TWICE DAILY ~ EARLY MORNING & LATE AFTERNOON. Many attractions and family-friendly activities are scheduled throughout the day for your enjoyment between scheduled launch times!
~ CAROLINA BALLOONFEST IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. Carolina BalloonFest TICKETS are NON-REFUNDABLE.
~ PERMITTED ITEMS. Blankets, chairs, cameras. ~ ITEMS NOT ALLOWED. Pets, coolers, weapons, drones, pop-up canopies. Search activities will be in progress.
