Hi Dick Greenberg ... nice capsule view of the current condo/townhome market... I love the Ft Collins area. Price points, inventory, and time on the market + price seem to me to be really positive indicators of a good market. I'm wondering though, is some of the attraction to the area the several great microbreweries you have there? :O) For me, a lot of my attraction is the arts & cultural scene.
