- There were 1338 single family homes sold in Phoenix last month an increase of 14.8% over the previous year and a wafer thin increase over the previous month of 1336.
- The average Days On Market for homes sold during September 2015 was 60. Thirteen days faster than a year ago, and 2 days faster than the previous month of August.
- The Average Price of homes sold in Phoenix during September 2015 was $260,402 an 8% increase over the same month in 2014 but a -2% decrease from the previous month of August.
- Currently there are 3686 single family homes for sale in Phoenix ranging in price from $34,900 to $7,250,000.
