another as to remain always cool and unruffled

under all circumstances.”

A cool head will give you the ability to control your emotions . . . . With that cool head you’ll find the best way to work your way through the circumstance . . . . and to find the best solution.

By remaining cool and composed your thinking will be clear in your decision making. As a result you’ll be able to . . . . implement the solution to create a successful outcome.

Great topic!  I've learned that I'm not wired for "cool & calm" as the initial response... I need time to "digest".  Self awareness is key though and now that I recognize this, I take a deep breath, back away for a bit and then RESPOND accordingly.  It helps everyone reach reasonable results.  Thanks for the post!

Lou, we do need to remember this often, as the one who speaks first usually loses.   It never helps to lose composure.

Lou, some of the best advice around, during these strange real estate times!!  I cannot think of a more pressing real estate market, than 2015.  So many things can come at you, frustrate you and your clients, and NOW the TRID being in place.   Taking the time to learn about new elements into  the market, surrounding yourself with other real estate affiliates that GET IT and perform with high expectations... can play a large role in confidence in maintaining a calm, cool, and composed posture!!
