How many of you are checklist and task list dependent? I AM! I am quite sure many of you reading this will totally appreciate this. Ok, call it ocd...call it what you will...but it works and works wonderfully for me. I couldn't.....well, let me rephrase...I wouldn't live without my lists! As the years have tick by and the real estate industry changes; contracts change; my life changes...so do my checklists and task sheets. Given how complicated and fast paced real estate can be this complexicity can oftimes result in basic errors. So I started making lists.
Through the years I have created basic checklists and task sheets which are part of my daily/weekly work routine and they have shifted the way I address my many tasks. These lists help me to offer a work/life balance that is less fraught with mistakes, embarrassment and STRESS! What's not to love about that?
Lists not only help to keep me organized, focused, on task .... they help me work more efficiently and are a visual 'hard copy' of my daily goals reached - and that my friends feels GREAT!
