The Anthem real estate market showed some spark in 2015. The number of homes sold increased over August and was up 10% from a year ago. The 12 month moving average sale price also edged up, climbing to $302,855, up 2% from the previous year. The number of homes on the market increased slightly to 188 and the days on market increased to 89 days slightly less than last year. Homes in the $500k + range are still taking a bit longer to sell, 102 days on average.

Avg. price per sq. ft. (Solds): $135.26 (Up 5% from Aug. '15, Up 9% from Sept. '14)
Avg. Days on Market (Solds): 89 (Up 16% from Aug. '15, Down 2% from Sept. '14)
