Time to turn your lights on so we can see your home

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Keller Williams Realty Inc.

It's that time of the year again! Fall ... If your home is on the market right now, then you should listen to this advice. Make sure your lights are on for any afternoon or evening showings. The last thing you want is to make it difficult for the agent and the clients to find your home. The For Sale sign helps a little but a nice and bright entrance will ensure that the first impression is a good one!
Something else to keep in mind, all the lights inside your home should be on. It makes it easier to visit and the agent does not have to be searching for the light switches all over your home. We know there is a cost of having all your lights on but I think it makes it look much more appealing when you are walking through your home.

Jean Richer Fortunately, we here in FLorida and California do not have this problem, but I can see that it is an issue in the northeast. Good post!

Hello Sandy & Norm, I bet you also don't have to worry too much about the snow either.
