Arthur - Last night the Boys and Girls Clubs of Bay County held a Board Social at Spinnakers Paradise Grill. Our new CEO Hank Hill addressed us and Sparky Sparkman, owner of Spinnakers and Schooners, presented the Boys and Girls Clubs with a $10,000 Contribution matching 10 - $1,000 gifts given in support of our 50th Anniversary in Bay County.
