Kristin, those are great tips for home buyers to take to heart.  I would also add for buyers to watch what they say on social media if they are in the process of making an offer as a savvy seller or listing agent could look them up online and see how much they truly love the house they are making an offer on.

Kristin,  these are all excellent tips.  In speaking of measurements I always have a tape measure on hand.  Can not count the times a buyer wants to use one while at a showing.   Mark

Kristin, I had a buyer get angry at me that the second house she wanted went pending while she was thinking about making an offer. Sometimes you can't win.

Hey there Kristin, your list is so important.  Buyers see so much that they often forget and a little preparedness goes such a long way to help remember the details that are critical to your expectations and lifestyle.

I tell clients to take plenty of notes on the printouts I give them on each property we see. Notes help them remember what they saw.
