In the world of real estate, there's a hell of a lot of noise.
Real estate agents try desperately to cut through that noise on social media. One of the most common ways of doing it? Tying in with a charitable cause.
You see it all over the place "Keller Williams is proud to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month" and so on and so forth.
The challenge is that for all of the good intentions, it's easy for your message to get lost in the noise of everyone talking.
So how can you differentiate your company? How do you cut through that noise on social media?
Well, free beer tends to help. Free beer and, of course, some creative marketing.
