What is the MLS? The MLS is the "multiple listing service" providing access to thousands of listings inputted by listing agents in order to advertise their listing. The information provided on the MLS is extremely helpful for the agent and their client. Agents have access to tax information, price changes, pictures, video tours, and details about the home such as square footage and showing information.
