One of the most frequent questions we, as Realtors® in Fort Wayne, get asked is "how is the real estate market?"
Early in the spring it was white hot. Anything that was listed in the Northwest and Southwest Allen County School Districts was selling in days.
We had a few clients that wanted to list their homes, but we had to wait until suitable housing came on the market because their homes were going to sell in 20 minutes.
As the summer came the market slowed down just a little bit, but we were still selling things quickly.
The fall has seen a slight slowdown overall, but thankfully for us we've continued to stay busy.
