Remembering to Breathe

Sometimes in the midst of trevail, the nervous sytem kicks in and it is difficult to step back, get out of your own way and breathe. Life happens in the blink of an eye and breathing matters. Yesterday was a difficult day and then I remembered there wasn't anything I could do about it but breath. And now there is today.
